How does an in-app purchase work?
When you are out of hearts or at any time from the hearts page you can purchase extra hearts anytme. Just click the amount next to the hearts you want to purchase. A pop-up from Google Play Billing or App store (depending on your platform) will open where you can pay with your favourite method of purchase. On a successful payment your purchased hearts will be added to your app.
Why Is My Google Play Purchase Pending?
So you have paid but the stats show as pending. Don't worry! In some cases your credit card may have not been charged yet or your payment is stuck somewhere between your bank and Google. You can check the status of your payment on Google Play Store.
1. Open Google Play and select "Payments and Subscriptions."
2. Next, choose "Budget and History."
3. You can also check your mailbox for an E-mail from Google about your payment status.
If your payment is completed you will get your hearts next time you open the app. If your payment does not go through you can simply try with another payment method.There is some other problem with my payment
Your purchases are handled by Apple or Google Play. So if you see an error message when trying to make a purchase and need to resolve that issue, you’ll want to reach out to your device’s payment platform: Since we don’t have access to your payment or billing information, you’ll need to reach out to your device’s payment platform for further assistance:
As long you keep the app installed the purchased hearts will be in your account. However if you uninstall or delete the data on your app you will lose all your hearts.
